service booking & pricing:
All services are preset with approximate timing and starting prices before taxes. Price will vary for longer hair lengths and thicker density to accommodate for the extra use of materials and time required.
For the respect of my calendar, a valid credit card is required to create your appointment, there is no charge to your card to reserve an appointment.
Colourwork, extensions and all other services are deemed a 72hr grace period for minor adjustments. Normal service fees thereafter apply.
get the most out of your hair appointment with these steps for prep:
Arrive with freshly washed hair from the day before your appointment, this will ensure a clean slate for even lifting during colouring services.
Be prepared for 2-3 hours during your colouring appointment, you may want to bring some snacks with you, maybe your laptop if you'd like to catch up on work during your appointment.
Gathering inspiration photos can help ensure we are visually on the same page.
If you use touch up sticks or color powders to extend your color, please shampoo before you come in. They tend to block the color from penetrating your hair.
cancellations & rescheduling:
All appointment changes need to be made 48 hours before your appointment via your booking confirmation email.
Any “no-show” appointment is subject to a fee of 50% of the total appointment booking.
hair extension orders:
Hair extensions are custom ordered per client. All extensions must be colour matched and ordered at least 1 week prior to your install appointment.
